By using Padel Ping ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Padel Ping is a mobile application that helps users find padel court availability, track matches, and organise tournaments. The App monitors booking platforms and sends notifications when matching slots become available.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Padel Ping offers subscription plans (Basic, Premium, Ultra) via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service; create multiple accounts to circumvent limits; resell or redistribute data obtained through the App.
All content, design, and code in Padel Ping are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Padel Ping is provided "as is." We do not guarantee court availability information is accurate or up-to-date. We are not affiliated with any booking platform. We are not responsible for bookings made through third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Ping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
